I meant 'wasted' only in the sense that, however many times I or others try to explain the difference, there are always people who continue to equate
unlawful to fly (exceeding the zero or virtually zero prescribed limit, even by a miniscule amount) with
unfit to fly (impairment).
Doing that is as silly as suggesting that exceeding a speed limit even by a miniscule amount is dangerous driving.
