I am flying next week with Emirates and i am scared to death of flying. I don't know why..but it is since ever. It will be my first long haul flight and it will be great to hear some advices from pilots..
Nothing about flying makes sense to me..I have a panic disorder so I do have prescripted medicine....but any advice would be great.....
