The more the word pandemic is mentioned, the more global stocks rally...time to buy or sell? Like post SARS, once this swine thing is over, stocks will have a sustained rally. My bet is that not all SLS will ever be taken, and those not taking it will be on substantial overtime.
As I always mention, Tung Chung apartments are my barometer, already up 25% this year.
