Motivated?
I dont know about HR, but just for personal reasons I want to visit the NATS control rooms (i.e. I want to experience what goes on). I had a great visit to Heathrow tower yesterday and that really cemented the fact that this is what I want to do. Spent a total of 7 hours there and frankly would have happily stayed longer.
Down to Swanwick next week and hopefully Farnborough and Prestwick at some point to. I dont know if its required or not, but at least I will have an idea of what & where etc etc. Plus it has made me (so far) more determined than ever.
