Landmark give a great service, and are certainly prompt at greeting you when you land. They have their own fuel too, as already pointed out, but there is a price premium. The problem with Nice though is that all catering comes from the same rip off con merchants...you get hit twice, once for the extortionate price for the food, then again for "delivering" it to the plane.
