An interesting lie you told regarding QF trying to reduce fuel loads. In 30 years, regardless of QF fuel policy, I have never been "asked" to reduce a fuel load to accommodate extra pax. I apply our fuel policy. Professional pilots carry the minimum fuel load to get the job done legally, the days of a bit extra for mum and the kids are long, long gone. It's what your supposed to be paid for.
As I said, QF never has, and never will, require a pilot to fly with less than the minimums.
