Remember when James Strong came in and reduced management levels to 4 steps from shop floor to CEO.
We still had Supervisors & DMMs and it worked well. Where is all the fat now, north of DMM position.
Time to cut into the top 10 or so layers... I dare say there will be more than 3 - 4 Million saved.
