No Reflection on my Domestic Bros, they are fine and hardworking like all LAME's but the SIT & Base Servicing have inherited these people who obviously interview well but thats about all, have no management or real skills with regard to people organisational handling...When will the likes of Management wakeup and have people who know their own area manage it instead of putting people who have no idea in an area they dont have a clue about..
As for levels going, can see Domestic and SIT being run remotely from Base Servicing with a supervisor at each terminal co ordinating it all and the Base DMM running the whole show...Cost saving inexcess of probably 3 to 4 M .... no Ops Managers, No SIT or DOM manager, no DMM's
If your going to insitute change then lets be realistic after all it only QF we will be looking after no other Operators...
