While I respect the efforts of all during the 49'ers time, I don't agree that that one scenario warrants making the determination of the AOA's worth. It is not solid reasoning that takes one instance to conclude future outcomes. Inductive logic holds that there must be a series of the same occurrance to conclude something. The sun rose every day this week, therefore, it will rise tomorrow.
Are there more examples of why people think the AOA is inept? All I hear is the 49'ers case. Again, I agree that the 49'er case is definitely relevant, but I prefer more to determine the worth of the AOA.
