There's many reasons.
The most important one to me is that in the air you feel free, just able to do anything (as for me
)
Another reason is that, whilst working in the airlines you will probably get to see quite a few countries/towns/whatever. I personally really like tourism.
Another thing is, I like working in multi crew environment, probably as many others.
It's something I have interest in, always have. It's not a 9 - 5 job.
It's a challenge everyday (:
