Unfortunately Bob, that is the reason we are in this mess. It takes someone to put in words the sentiment of the whole pilot group, and that is the AOA president's job. His lack of leadership and unification on these issues is gonna cost the AOA lots of memberships. I know myself, I seriously considering leaving it, and I'm not alone. I've been patient and listened to all the chest-pounding, but the follow through is just non-existent. In the end, the AOA always runs away with their tail behind their legs and their head down.
If it is left up to the individual, then tell me what is the Union's role? Why are we paying every month then?
