Does it really matter what the para number is? It differs depending on the cos doc you're looking at - still reads the same, under the title "Termination of Employment"
The AOA is talking about how this is interpreted and refers to the cos 08 doc 35.3 for hkg base - ie, "You're fired, here's 3 months pay and we don't need to tell you why"
