I have to agree...
If you don't like it... LEAVE. That's always been the head office motto. The only thing you forgot, ATNS 4 LIFE is, "We can replace you"!
That's the exact thing that got ATNS into trouble in the first place.

Instead of listening to the problems and offering a solution, just do nothing as the people who draw attention to the problems leave!
