If part 91 is a private operation then the owner will find out, that he will have to pay a fair amount of import tax into india , i think around 25% .

Maybe it's easier to fly it on the brasilien register and change register once in india.

going to the states, you have the next job, as you need to apply for an TSA waiver which will take 10 working days and you need to apply for a ships number.

Next thing, make sure you are part of the acceptance flight and check out if everything works, especially the fuel transfer and HF

Bring all the charts and plates you need , Embraer doesn't provide, unless that has changed recently.

If you operate in India make sure you have a good handling agent and refuse to do it without, it's a nightmare otherwise.
