Dusky problem with all pilot unions is that they are run by Pilots who have zero idea how to negotiate with management who have teams of fully dedicated strategists,
PR spin doctors and number crunches. Its about time that some of our subs are used to bring in some decent professionals to help steer our unions, a team of legal, financial, aviation and
pr experts. We fly planes. Most people who go for Union jobs are either idealists or management wannabees either way they don't have the time or the skills to look after our best interests as has been proven over and over again...
