Looks like these new routes are replacing the twice daily frequency to Warsaw, as this is being stopped after the 5th July.
Considering the current climate, it is good to see the route being replaced with these new routes. If easyJet had wanted to, it could well have just been as simply to ground the aircraft for the times of day it would usually be flying to Warsaw.
I haven't heard easyJet complain, but their has been major complaints by other LCC including Wizzair, that Warsaw are dramitically increasing their fees and many routes for LCC would be unviable to the airport. So it seems easyJet may have pulled out of the route unusally quietly for them.
It could be a win win for LTN, Wizzair could possible add greater frequencies to Warsaw to replace the gap from easyJet, while easyJet flys these new routes.
