This may be true and in fact it already is!
However it's UNIFIED after,
1. You have completed your contracted Freighter Service (usually 3 years or extension contract now).
AND
2. Subject to holding seniority for a PAX Command, which may be 10-15 years!
So be careful when dealing with CX, what they write is intended to make you think one thing when it actually means another.
If it's to good to be true, it usually is!
