Sorry folk on here, the "chip on my shoulder" has been weighing me down!
Actually, no chip on my shoulder (although my nick-name comes from my rugby playing days when I demolished a good friends collar bone).
I would never consider myself a 'Luton' expert, but watching and hoping that Stansted fails, makes me sleep better at night.
Stansted grew from cross subsidisation.
Luton has faltered, faltered and faltered again.
Luton has it's millstone (LBC), but thy have never faltered from their 'Town Hall view'.
Stansted has it's own millstone, the fact that it shifts millions of passengers on the backs of ex Heathrow passengers and it bleeds it's parent dry!
Anyway, for those that know me 'UP THE HATTER's"!
