The village of Privet?
I hear that they have nice hedges there. Although I wouldn't want to hedge my bets and put all of my money on that. They have a saying in Privet
"A hedge between keeps friendships green". Personally I think that is a load of crap as they say in the next village "The saxon ****s in his breech, the cleanly Briton in the hedge".
