He will go with a big bonus no matter what and hopefully take his five a side team of arse lickers with him. We should go for a one year pay deal at Aug 08 RPI. Anything less is a pay cut remember. Then we will worry about next years deal next year with a new boss when the flights start picking up again.
This pay deal is already 4 months late. My pension has already been got at. Staff morale is at an all time low. Stick together and demand a fair pay deal.
