OK, I will: The London-based Qantas cabin crew are delightful. Well done, you girls and boys. When there's a crew change and a London crew gets on, it's like flying a different airline.
I think that BA crew are also great. I don't really care if they look hot (or not), nor whether they make a point of artificially fawning over me (or not). I want a team that will, between them, do a sincerely consistent good job.
