I was going to stay out of the discussion until now, can't resist. Your previous post suggests that pilots from other major operators (
VB, JQ etc),have been employed by ON. You just neglected to mention the fact that they don't stay very long. What about the guy from JQ, he lasted atleast a month didn't he?? Just trying to rack my brain and think about who else came from a major airline to yours (nope, can't think of anybody unless you consider J*tcraft a major operator.)
As far as the FO's go, they would have jumped ship immediately to the big boys they were interviewed by. Just a shame the industry has slowed down otherwise ON would have been left in trouble......
