hi all, if ur uk based, as far as i know its a 9 month contract which is what im on, there maybe a chance too that ur contract is extended. I trained with crew for paris orly base too and their contract is permanant, dont know if that is the same for all other european bases, but uk bases are 9 month contracts. Best thing to do, is work hard and as good as u can, no sick days etc and that will help to get made permanant if they do decide they need more crew
It really is a good company and enjoyable to work for and u work with alot of great people.
