djnick, it's about 104 questions each consisting of 4 statements. You have to chose one that is least like you and one that is most like you. If you pass that, then there is a formal application form to submit (the usual qualifications and work experience stuff).
I assume that there will be a decent selection of dates for Stage 2 to choose from as they can't expect you not to have any holiday when the whole process is quite so drawn out!
