how true! the service desk girls are just fantastic,they are the backbone of QCC1, If you ever need anything done they will do it! they are the best, I hope nothing happens to them.
In the meantime its true the dwellers in the "glass" boulevard are always in meeting and having coffee's or simply doing nothing. However i still don't want any of them to lose their jobs..... they amuse me!
NOW! the service delivery area needs a good cleanout! AP TM GK and all that cr@p should simply be shown the door! of course with the correct badges on!
