While you are on your podium why don't you compare the salaries of your pilots to those of your
VB, J* peers. The engineers are only one cog in the chain, yes they received a reasonable pay rise that is now being used as propaganda in cost reductions, but how about a comparison on your terms and conditions.
Don't blindly believe this is the end of it, the flight crew retrenchments will happen because of their cost as well.
Maybe time to offer some cost savings to keep flight crew jobs!
