So tell ElPerro?? Who exactly determines Aircrew productivity and what are the benchmarks they use ?? How do you compare fleets, ranks, bases, roles (Check and Train, Tech pilots etc.)
It's totally unworkable in a large and diverse Airline like QF and you know it, or if you don't you exspose yourself as a self proclaimed 'exspurt'. In terms of productivity, every pilot is locked into the same complex system of line flying, recurrent checks and training. You are showing a fair amount of ignorance as to what goes on in any large airline operation.
