I thought Ryanair was pretty unique in its cavalier attitude to its passengers
It happens all the time in LoCo's everywhere. Ryanair's mistakes get more publicity because, well, it's Ryanair.
I had a chat with a Wizz Air CC who happened to be on my flight couple weeks ago and she was saying she's worried about the airline's future. Rumour in their galleys is that they won't last for much longer
But then again, don't believe Galley FM.
