Got to agree with you Bin Liner - most of the DECs that I flew with were charming gents, polite, personable and capable (and the one or two that were NOT capable were still amiable and good company). The problem was the change in policy to start taking DECs when it happened.. If you join now - or indeed within the last 5 years or so YOU KNOW about the DEC policy
So don't whine about it!!
As another poster said - just continue to do our job professionally. The pendulum will swing the other way again to our favour..
