I have worked for a number of airlines in my career. Some I felt considerable loyalty towards. As an employee I felt valued. I wanted the airline to succeed.
With the airlines in the Gulf it's different. I take my money and do a decent job, but I feel absolutely no loyalty. I know they can sc**w you as soon as look at you and probably will given half a chance. The only way to get any employment protection is to work for them in somewhere like Europe with a European employment contract.
Bottom line is, if they offer you a job and that's all there is, then fine. But if there's something equal or better somewhere else then go for it.
