sheikmyarse - you MUST go to one of the Thursday meetings and tell Mr Ed and Squeely what you think. It is the only way you will get it off your chest, you will feel better, they will have to listen and will get the full extent of how you feel. It is also a wonderful sight seeing them unable to give you a straight answer, to watch them squirm!!
Nothing will change in the short term, but if enough of us keep going along and telling them what and how we feel, eventually they will have to do something.
Unfortunately the old EK saying still works: 'everyone gets screwed at some point at Emirates, the only variable is when it happens!'
PS If out of all the pilots at EK, disregarding the management guys and the trainers, say 2000 go to the Thursday meetings, each meeting takes 10 pilots, they do meetings for 50 weeks a year =
we should keep them busy for 4 years!!!
Even they might get the feeling that something is wrong after 4 years of hearing the same complaints...................
