Something about the LWOP concept is particularly absurd. The management want me/us to give up some of our BASE salary....while they award themselves BONUSE'S. Before there could be any talk about taking away from base salaries, at the very least the starting point would be the management recoginising that awarding themselves bonuses is beyond obscene. The fact that they don't seem to recognise this is more reason for us to not recognise them crying wolf yet again....
