From what I know of BA mixed fleet flying you have over estimated the short haul work on the roster, as I believe and BASSA have quoted the "NEW FLEET" will be flying the big box payment trips, this being one of their main concerns for current crew. So your roster model would not work due to CAA CAP 371 rules for time off on non aclimatised trips.
However if this type of work pattern and reduced rest is some way introduced by BA, and Im sure they will thank you for bring the idea to the table, then it will make commuting almost impossible. So may i suggest before you post this type of propagander you think of all our commuting collegues.
