Yes, there was a structured interview when I did my stage 2 a couple of months ago.
You get asked 60 (?) questions by an HR rep about circumstances you've been in and how you'd react to certain things.
They don't expect you to go into massive amounts of detail, and there's no technical questions - They're stage 3.
