I beg to differ. Marketing is excellent, and Sales is not too bad either. EKs success is built on that. Operations seemed safe, but the cost-cutting BS is undermining this big time, that's where the first mangement blunder start. At the time it's simply disregard for human aspects, as I am sure at least some of the
up there know what they are effectively ruining.

This is true for HR leadership in general. But what to do with leaders who have never experienced such a thing throughout their lives in this bigot and backward society. They only put in managers with a neanderthalian leadership attitude, so they speak and act on the same level. Add to that the creeping emiratisation (not the fact in itself, but the hasty and double standard way it is implemented) and you have recipe for failure.
