Despacher License Conversion -Reg
Hi Gud Afternoon,
Am looking for a flight despacher course in Philippines.I also enroled in an institution in INDIA for trainin in Philippines.

I have lot of confusion regarding license conversion,if i studied in philippines and got Flight Despachers License there,Is it possible to convert the liscence to FAA & DGCA despacher license.

Is it a complicated process
