Don't want to be a scare-mongerer or anything but I was travelling around the Palm Jumeirah's outer edge road near the Atlantis yesterday and the road seemed to be undulating in a manner that suggested either it was constructed shoddily or subsidence was in evidence big time. Each member of my family noticed the same thing and driving along was something of a laborious process. So, what is it?
