Trouble is Metro that it may appear to be $300 but when you get here you have other expenses as well as having to cope with much higher prices than in Manila. It may be the only chance they have but $300 is not going to leave too much to send home.

S.F.L.Y: many of these men arrived in Dubai on an Emirates aircraft. I wouldn't like to guess how many arrive by the back door.
