PDL want HL out as it wants its own helicopters (Helicorp) in there before the big 3 year contract due end of the year with AFP. The BK's there as a fill in with the NVG's until Helicorp can sort out their s...t as we all know BK's havn't the legs to do what is wanted by AFP and Helicorp arn't geared up yet to takeover from HL so PDL want HL out.
Its easier for Helicorp to come in with 412/212 later when HL arn't there.
PDL want HL out not the AFP.
98% serviceability for HL at Honiara...36% servicabilty for Helicorp at Timor. Who would you want if you were the Aust Federal Police?
I think there is some sour grapes on this thread as HL got rid of some "dead wood" and by the look of it, arn't happy about it.
