Is'nt that rather absurd ? Whats the reason for that ?
Or is that they fear the WPC might come up with some new ruling regarding renewal of foreign RTs which might end up in pilots getting grounded for sometime ???
May be DGCA might come up with a CAR which says atleast 1 Pilot On Board must have obtained Full Indian RTR...
