Jaysus, I'll say they're in trouble.
Sydney today, the bloody queue was out the door onto the sidewalk. All counters manned and they could barely cope with the amount of people trying to get on their aircraft.
Across the hall though at J*, you could casually walk up to the counter drop your bag and climb on your jet and go. Nobody there, nil, nada.
I tell you, if Virgin don't do something about all the bloody punters paying good money to get on their aircraft, instead of jetstar,they're gonna find themselves in all sorts of trouble. Pretty soon they'll be paying for their fuel in cash. Mostly because it will be easier than carrrying it all to the bank.
