A320 High-Speed protection in Normal Law.

Question for the A320 Guru's; Say you pitched your airplane 10 * Nose down and continued accellerating to VMO/MMO. Once the Overspeed annunciation is Given the airplane's Law would have it Nose back up But with High sidestick Deflection forward can you keep the nose down and Push the speed further and further into the red without the airplane Saying "No you don't sparky" and forcing you up?
