Easy Jet Lifestyle?

Thinking of applying to EasyJet , could any of the crew through some light on what the company are like to work for? How mad are the rosters, (what is the typical roster like - hours flying?) is promotion fast? How intense is the interview? Salary? I am really interested in their EDI base, all comments very much appreciated. Cheers all!
