Loganair do DND-BHD which arrives at 12:25 (date checked was 15/05) so the above sounds plausible with a bit of tweaking.
DND as far as I am aware is a Loganair base and they operate BHD & BHX from there.
DND-IOM isn't in the Flybe booking engine (yet) as a connection I would expect it to if this is what is to happen.
From looking at a few dates in May it would also appear that the DND-BHD doesn't run on a Wednesday and has different timings on a Tuesday.
