The way you work it out is find out which App functions really are Band 5 level. Then you have to do one of those to get Band 5 pay
I agree with you 100%. However, I asked to corss-train on LL and was given Thames. ...so you have to at least give people the
opportunity to try and validate on LL (which, lets face it, is probably the only Band 5 App sector in the room).
