The lack of March is a clever move by CASA on K.Rudd's behalf. By removing one month of the year, we all get one month's less pay but have to work far harder and longer to do our 1000 hours a year. In one single genuis move, Ruddy has saved our employers collective millions in wages, annual leave and super and you all get one less sick day a year. Yet by still allowing us to work up to 1000 hours
per calendar year and having one month less to do it in, he (and CASA) has increased productivity while costing companies less, thus creating a far more efficient economic and sustainable model.
