Hi, since you have worked for Monarch you may be able to help me..please.... Ive been offered training day for BMI LHR which is an hour away and M25 but also got an interview with Monarch at LGW which is easy driving, no motorways and half an hour away. Interview is ten days before training starts with BMI. Should I even consider Monarch or just be grateful I have training date for BMI? Both are fixed contract but BMI are saying most likely a chance to be offered permanent at end. Just think could get fed up with motorway especially for standbys. Obviously havent even been offered Monarch yet as just at interview stage.... help
