Try sticking your head into TC..No time for book reading there.
. Our ATSAs are on their feet most of the shift, running around like the proverbial B-A Flies. AC ATSAs don't have the same work load as TC..why do you think none of your ATSAs want to come in and join ours..too much like hard work??
So please do not judge all the same.
