Global Recruitment for Sydney TMA

I'm being recruited for a job at Sydney TMA/TCU.

I have quite a few questions that hopefully someone from Sydney coudl answer.

1st and most important - is do you want me there? I realize there is issues between AsA and the Union, similar to what's happening in America right now. I am a founding memeber of NATCA (the US ATC Union) and I plan on joining Civil Air upon arrival.

2nd - What is the work schedule like at Sydney, specifically will i be able to work 4 9hr shifts per week or will I be required to work 5 shifts per week?

3rd - What protection is there for a controller if there is an accident or incident?

4th - How much holiday/vacation leave will I earn after 1 year of work? Since I'd have no seniority I guess I'd get last pick?

5th - How much sick leave do I earn and how hard is it to take?

6th - As far as pay is concerned in addition to the basic salary, what other additions are there? Such as extra for nights, holidays, weekends, etc.

7th - are there permanent days off or do you rotate?

8th - does Asa have long service leave and if so when does it begin?

I appreciate any info and I realize that there might be a few of you who are going to slam me on this, but thats OK cuz I know what its like to be a Yank Down Under.
