Same here in the Netherlands on Tuesday for the Afghanistan conference. Never seen a prohibited area with a radius of 30 nm (SFC-FL65) in my (admittedly rather short) flying career. Both Schiphol and Rotterdam, which are within this radius, are PPR.

Slightly off topic, the roads here are going to be chaos on Tuesday as well. They're closing down the left-lane of the two major highways leading to The Hague (A4 and A13) to whisk the 60-something delegations from Schiphol and Rotterdam airports into town between 6 and 10am, and reverse the whole thing in the afternoon. Parts of these highways are only two lanes wide so the police is already warning for massive traffic jams.
